About Me

Hi! I’m Morgan, the Registered Dietitian behind RD Eats.

One of the biggest challenges my clients face is meal planning, but it’s also one of the most transformative. Having a weekly plan takes the guesswork out of mealtime—no more staring at random ingredients or an empty fridge, wondering what to make.

That’s why I created this website! I want to share what I’m cooking each week to inspire you.

Here, you’ll find my weekly meals and other fun content. Feel free to use my ideas or get creative! My goal is to get everyone excited about cooking nutritious, balanced meals.
