About Me

Hi, I’m Morgan, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer passionate about helping people feel and perform their best—inside and out. As a lifelong athlete, runner, and HYROX competitor, I’ve experienced how the right nutrition can transform energy, recovery, and confidence—not just in training, but in everyday life.

I love working with athletes and active individuals who want to elevate their performance, as well as anyone looking to build sustainable habits that support long-term health, balanced weight loss, improved gut health, and hormone balance. My approach is realistic and supportive—I meet you where you are and help you create a plan that fits your lifestyle, not one that restricts it.

I currently see clients in person and virtually through Nu House, where I accept insurance and also offer private pay options for those not using insurance.
